- PAYMENT FIRST Policy . Please pay on or before your due. We allow 2 days reservation only for onhand items.

- After payment please send your receipt at jenjyeppeoshoppe@gmail.com with Subject "PAYMENT FOR (your order number)"

- After we confirm your payment we will proceed on shipping your orders. You can track your orders on our website.

REMINDERS

 - JNJ Yeppeo Shoppe is not liable for any damage or dents that may occur during the shipment of products (Korea to PH or PH to your residence). We also won’t allow refunds for this matter.

- JNJ Yeppeo Shoppe won’t be liable if your orders are needed to be re-shipped or you don’t receive your orders due to WRONG INFORMATION submitted to us, or Couriers are not able to contact you.
